We are delighted to announce our Launch Evening for Friends and Sponsors. The launch is at the Millennium Rooms in St Mawes, on Wednesday 16 March 2022, starting at 7.00 pm. We are offering a glass of wine and some nibbles and will be pleased to see you all there. You are welcome to bring along friends and neighbours, but please can you ask them to become Friends before coming. People can join our Friends on the door with just £10 cash for their subscription.
Friends should receive your printed Brochure before the Evening. There will be information about all the 2022 Events in the evening and you can also collect brochures there.
Early Tickets for Festival Friends
Cornish Riviera Box Office [CRBO] are again kindly helping us with ticketing and will be selling tickets in person on 16 March. You can claim your Friend’s discount of 10%. You don’t need to decide on the night – the Friends have exclusive access to the tickets for the first week (until 23 March) and your discount lasts for two weeks (until 30 March). You can claim your discount when you book tickets directly with CBRO (www.crbo.co.uk | 01726 879500) by quoting the discount code in your email. Tickets are also available at the Roseland Visitor Centre in St Mawes, and the discount will apply there too. After 31 March, you will need to pay the full ticket price.
Help at events
We always need your help with events. Friends can volunteer to be a Steward at any of our events, and in return, we offer you a free ticket to that event. Stewards help the event coordinators set up the venue, collect tickets, serve refreshments, and clear away at the end of the event. Let us know at the Launch Evening if you would like to be a Steward and if there is a particular event you want to help with. You are also welcome to email me about Stewarding before or after the Launch Evening. Stewarding places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
